Founder Rebecca LaBatte
Hi, I'm Rebecca; founder of Experience Process Consulting. I have a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. After completing my undergraduate degree, I gained valuable experience getting to the root of customer service issues, develop a process for solving them and conducting training within the industry before pursuing my graduate degree. I received an M.S. in Educational Technology to expand into designing online and blended solutions. Having a passion for helping others, I created Experience Process Consulting. I enjoy conducting a task analysis to translate the employee expertise into processes making the most impact to business results.
